DC Micro Wedding Photographer. Nathalie and Olivier met by chance while traveling in Cameroon.
According to Nathalie “We first met in an airport in Yaounde. He was checking in for Abidjan. And I was about to check in for Libreville. When I arrived in the check in area he was turning his head and saw me. And we stayed few seconds like that. Just looking at each other. The time was stopped during these few seconds. And time started again. Few minutes later, we met again at the police control. I was behind him. He hesitated a little bit and then he looked back to me and said how crowded it is don’t you think?” I laughed. And this is how our story started.
Three years and a little munchkin later, they have tied the knot here in DC. In Nathalie’s words “As I like simplicity and authenticity, I would like my marriage to be exactly like that: friendly, simple, just him, me and the few people we love.”
Nathalie and Olivier decided on having a small civil ceremony at DC Moultrie Courthouse . We were able to make a pit stop at the Lincoln Memorial for photos and later on celebrated with friends and family with an evening reception at their home in Chinatown.
Congratulations to Nathalie and Olivier and Thank You for allowing me to be apart of your wedding day ❤️. I had a great time being a part of their dc courthouse wedding ceremony and reception. Please enjoy some of the photos from there day below and feel free to contact us to be your DC Micro Wedding Photographer.
